Described by loyal customers as the best GF bread ever, OMGoodness organic bread is gluten, dairy, egg, soy and refined sugar free. The base ingredient is fresh, stone milled, whole buckwheat flour milled in the OMGoodness GF premises in Hastings.
Enjoy it fresh, or slice and freeze it for up to 3 months.
Fresh OMG bread will last up to 4-5 days depending on how it is stored (16-18 degrees at ambient). It has a high moisture content, so store it away from heat and humidity. It is best as fresh sandwich bread in the first couple of days and after that kept in the fridge,
or sliced and frozen.
OMG bread freezes very well and can be toasted directly from the fridge or freezer. It can also be used to make a sandwich straight from the fridge by warming the bread slightly to soften it.
Ingredients: Water, Buckwheat flour, Tapioca Starch, Activated Linseeds & Chia seeds, Apricots, Raisins, Sea salt, Poppy Seeds, Cinnamon, Yeast, Kelp Powder.
