Fresh OMG bread will last up to 4-5 days depending on how it is stored (16-18 degrees at ambient). It has a high moisture content, so store it away from heat and humidity. It is best as fresh sandwich bread in the first couple of days and after that kept in the fridge,
or sliced and frozen.

OMG bread freezes very well and can be toasted directly from the fridge or freezer. It can also be used to make a sandwich straight from the fridge by warming the bread slightly to soften it.

Ingredients: Water, Buckwheat Flour, Tapioca Starch, Activated Linseeds and Chia Seeds (8%) (Linseed, Chia Seed), Walnut (1.5%), Sea Salt, Sesame Seeds (0.5%), Yeast, Manuka Honey (0.06%), Kelp Powder.
