We've come a long way. The name, if you didn’t guess, comes from the temperature at which our biscuits are baked. 15 years ago it also represented a 180 degree shift for Jill and Frank returning home with a baby (as you do) after years cooking overseas. From the glamorous addresses of Mayfair and Onslow gardens in London to Provence, Biarritz and Madrid, catering to the super rich and famous, to a tiny-tiny space at the back of Kapiti cheese in downtown Auckland.
