A recent addition to the range and an acknowledgement to the growing calls for more healthy bread the addition of a variety of seeds make this a great nutritional offering. A very light rye dough coloured with a splash of stoneground purple wholemeal.
The soaked seeds are added at the end of mixing so as to ensure they stay whole as possible. Although the seeds are soaked for 24 hours to soften them, the end result is still a crunchy, nutty loaf. The seeds include whole rye berries, rolled oats, toasted sunflower seeds, sesame and poppy seeds and whole quinoa.
Brush with oil, grill it and top with marinated sardines. Works well as a sandwich or toast bread and also goes well with seafood or with breakfast eggs and avocado.

Please note that we do our very best to deliver the freshest bread we can to your door. For Thursday deliveries, the bread is received freshly baked from the bakeries on Wednesday morning. For Friday deliveries, we receive fresh bread on Thursday morning.

Best eaten as fresh as possible. If not consumed within a day or two, best kept in a breathable cotton bag.
To keep your produce, meat, and milk as fresh as possible, we use chilled courier services. Therefore, your baked goods may dry out a little during transit. Simply sprinkle the loaf with a little water and warm in the oven to freshen them back up!
