Great option for your new standard white bread. Good as a sandwich, grilled for bruschetta, or to mop up soups and sauces. Compliments pasta dishes, lasagne, soups and summer meals. Buns make a good single serve sandwich option and also a great rustic hamburger bun.

Specialising in making sourdoughs based on long, slow fermentation made from an apple-based sourdough starter which is over 20 years old. These breads have a unique flavour and texture and with no additives nor preservatives, they have great health benefits too.
