Hohepa’s cheeses reflect a very high standard of holistic, natural land management practices. Their focus is on producing high quality, milk from healthy, happy cows grazing chemical-free pastures. Biodynamic and regenerative farming practises are the cornerstone of Hohepa’s dairy enterprise. For over 20 years, Hohepa has maintained internationally recognised, Demeter biodynamic certification.
