Avonmore Farm is a family farm owned and operated by Andrew Currie and his wife Gaewynne Hood in Methven, New Zealand.Andrew has been a grain farmer since 1987. A pioneer in the New Zealand grain industry, he is not your typical kiwi farmer and is often trialling experimental crops including quinoa, amaranth, and camelina.
Andrew cares about food miles and traceability and he wants every household to be able to eat healthy and sustainably.
Quinoa must be stored in a dry place and should be kept out of the heat .If stored correctly, Quinoa will last for a long time; up to two years.
