A delicious sourdough made with organic whole wheat flour grown in North Canterbury and white spray-free flour from South Canterbury. This is a combination of the original wholewheat and white loaves - named Waitaha (Canterbury) to reflect the locally grown ingredients. This loaf has a moist crumb and a crunchy, robust crust. Delicious with butter and a sprinkle of sea salt.
