These carrot quinoa muffins were made to pop into lunchboxes! Packed full of spray-free quinoa flour grown in South Canterbury they will add a wholesome boost to your morning tea. Enjoy them as is or make carrot cupcakes by topping them with your favourite cream cheese icing.

Happy Wholefoods is here to provide a helping hand with filling the tins with homemade goodness.They are a small Christchurch-based family business and have searched high and low to find the happiest ingredients to include in our mixes. Our organic wholegrain spelt, wheat and barley flours are grown locally by Milmore Downs in North Canterbury. This biodynamic farm mills grains onsite and to order - fresh is best when it comes to flour.
We use Harroways oats proudly grown in Southland.
