This gingerbread cookie mix is made with a blend of 100% Canterbury grown organic whole wheat and rye flours. Gently spiced to be family friendly and with a little less sugar than usual. Delicious in lunchboxes as is, or ice and decorate with royal icing and sweet treats. Dip in quality dark chocolate for a grown up treat!

Our organic wholegrain spelt, wheat and barley flours are grown locally by Milmore Downs in North Canterbury. This biodynamic farm mills grains onsite and to order - fresh is best when it comes to flour.
We use Harroways oats proudly grown in Southland.
