A hearty start to the day, our wholesome pancakes are light and fluffy but packed full of good stuff like spelt, oats and flaxseed. Add a handful of berries and a dollop of yoghurt and you’re good to go! The organic spelt and wheat in this pancake mix is grown and milled into wholegrain flour in Canterbury, NZ.
Makes 12 pancakes
You need - milk, eggs, oil.
Ingredients: Grains (86%) [organic spelt flour*, organic wholewheat flour*, organic white wheat flour with bran*, organic brown rice flour, oat flour*, flaxseed fibre*], Organic Cane Sugar, Aluminium Free Raising Agents [sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate], Salt.

This biodynamic farm mills grains onsite and to order - fresh is best when it comes to flour.
We use Harroways oats proudly grown in Southland.
