A one-bowl wonder, this banana bread is 100% wholegrain and delicious warm from the oven. You’ll find yourself going back for another slice and then another! The organic wheat, oats and barley in our banana bread mix is grown and milled into wholegrain flour in Canterbury, NZ.
Our mix makes 1 loaf of banana bread
You will need - bananas, eggs, oil.
Organic Wholewheat Flour*, Organic Cane Sugar, Oat Flour*, Organic Barley Flour*, Flaxseed Fibre*, Organic Psyllium Husk, Aluminium Free Raising Agents [sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate], Organic Spices, Salt.
*NZ grown grains.
Allergens: Gluten. Packed on the same equipment as products containing nuts, soy, sesame and dairy.
This product is a source of dietary fibre.

Our organic wholegrain spelt, wheat and barley flours are grown locally by Milmore Downs in North Canterbury. This biodynamic farm mills grains onsite and to order - fresh is best when it comes to flour.
We use Harroways oats proudly grown in Southland.
