Prima started out as "Caffe Prima" in a small city garage in 1995. Their passionate team of coffee drinkers use their extensive experience to craft a comprehensive range of blends and single origins as well as assemble and test a line-up of the best brewing equipment. They are a Fair Trade certified roastery and work with their partners and at times directly with farmers to ensure that they can stand by the process by which the coffees they supply were grown and obtained.Prima takes responsibility for all of the packaging waste that they produce as a business so you can compost their coffee bags yourself and feed your garden with the goodness or otherwise drop them back to them and they'll compost them at their little farm in Leeston.
