Sticky Gingerbread Loaves


Sticky gingerbread loaves baked here in Christchurch in small batches - this moist and soft gingerbread is a winner. Keeps well and is at its best served with lashings of butter or some soft creamy blue cheese.

A great gift or treat for yourself.

Loaves are 15 x 5 cm. Packaged in home compostable cellophane.


Tash Grieve has over twenty years experience as a baker, practising and perfecting her craft at some of Christchurch's best establishments such as Under The Red Verandah, The Vault, and the Canterbury Cheesemongers. You can also find her at The Mt Pleasant Farmers Market each Saturday, often with her Dad Rusty.

Tash bakes in small batches with seasonally available quality ingredients, sourcing locally where possible to support the Canterbury region.
