Ingredients: Grass-fed NZ beef 95% Marinade 5%: water, soy sauce, lime juice, sea salt, spices, raw sugar, malt vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, spices, wheat, anchovy, tamarind, natural smoke flavour.
Made from NZ raised grass-fed beef, all natural flavours, colours and preserving techniques, it is the ultimate portable power snack perfect for the outdoors, sports and enjoying with a cold beer.

Mike fell in love with jerky on his overseas adventure in the USA. The delicious, nutritious, stomach-filling taste bud dancing ‘portable power pack’ was the most epic snack/lunch/dinner when lost on a mountain. When he moved home after many years away he went looking for that jerky fix and what he found was NZ had very little on offer, particularly in natural jerky.Many more years later, with a bunch of great recipes under his belt, he decided to take the jerky to the market.
Keeping it all natural was the name of the game from the get-go, made from NZ raised grass-fed beef, all natural flavours, colours and preserving techniques.
