Wabi O (’Wah-Bee-Oh): Abbrevation for Wabi Originals, a liquid transformation venture. Wabi Originals was born out of a chance meeting between a real-food pioneer and a tea expert here in Christchurch in 2010. Warren’s vast experiencewith brewing kombucha coalesced with Jo’s in-depth knowledge of tea, resulting in a combined 40 years of brewing sophistication. The duo went on to create a drink that’s another step forward in kombucha’s long history. After many tea-drunken sessions and much trial and error, Wabi O’s founders emerged from the tea room, ready to bring their range of exclusive and unrivalled kombuchas to the world.
