The team at Akaroa King Salmon carefully trim, debone and cure whole fillets before gently cold smoking them over Mānuka wood. The richness of the King Salmon melts in the mouth, with the gentle smoke and brine flavours adding complexity.

These whole fillets are vacuum packed and perfect for hand slicing for everything from a gourmet picnic to a centrepiece for a fantastic dinner event. This is our favourite way to serve cold smoked salmon.

For portions, we would recommend a minimum of 50g per person.  Cold Smoked Fillets are chilled and have not been previously frozen.

Weight is approximate as fish size will vary.  Minimum weight will be 900g and fish will be vacuum packed.

Salmon will be delivered from December 18th.
