Fresh whole Akaroa King salmon fillet. Perfect for making a beautiful gravlax at home or baked whole in the oven with fresh herbs and lemon to make a gorgeous table centrepiece for a dinner party.
Skin has not been removed. Pin bones have been removed by hand so please check to ensure none remain.
Please note - as the salmon has a 7 day shelf life from dispatch please be aware the best before date will be Monday December 23rd. If you wish to serve the salmon on Christmas day it will need to be frozen on delivery.
Weight is approximate as fish size will vary. Minimum weight will be 1.1kg and fish will be vacuum packed.
Salmon will be delivered from December 18th.
Because it is a pre-order product, once ordered the item will only show on your account 3 weeks prior to the delivery date. In the meantime it will be visible under 'Recurring Items'.
