Nduja is a spicy, spreadable sausage originating from the southern region of Calabria, Italy. It is made from pork meat mixed with spicy red chili peppers and salt. The mixture is then packed into a casing and aged for several months before being ready to eat. Nduja can be enjoyed on bread, crackers, or as an ingredient in pasta sauces, pizzas, and other dishes. A little goes a long way!
