Spiced Orange Marinated Buffalo Cheese

A mix of spices and bay complement the dominant orange flavour of this soft, spreadable cheese, which can be enjoyed in a variety of ways.

The cheese is perfect spread on bread, crackers or crudités, and is delicious with fish, prawns, chicken and duck. It’s also exceptional in salads – try dotting it through a leafy green or grain salad.

Clevedon Buffalo Co. Cheeses & Yoghurts are made with farm fresh milk from their herd of Riverine water buffalo which graze freely on lush open pasture in Clevedon. Buffalo milk contains 58% more calcium, 40% more protein and 43% less cholesterol than cow’s milk. Buffalo is a popular alternative for those who suffer from CMA (cow’s milk allergy).
