The Beef sausage BBQ is a part of every New Zealanders childhood. We have made that memory a little bit special with our take on the pure beef sausage. Made with our dry aged beef and a secret recipe of herbs and spices designed to compliment, not overpower, the beef.

As these are preservative free the best before date will be approx 2-3 days from delivery day, please freeze if you need to extend the shelf-life.

Woody's Farm beef come from Heights Farm near the Tararuas.  Their Black Angus beef is grass fed and antibiotic free.
