Free Range Pork
Woody's ham is manuka smoked and then sliced medium thick. Ham is traditionally from the leg and so it is naturally lean however the fat and skin is left on for flavour and to retain the moisture. Best served on crusty bread with a splash of mustard.
Please note vacuum packaging combined with the curing brine can result in altered moisture levels in the ham, resulting in a wetter texture on the surface of the meat. The ham is still safe to eat.
