Free Range Pastrami

Woody's sliced pastrami is cured and seasoned in a traditional herb and spices mix from the US. It is thin cut so you can layer it on your sandwich. Pastrami is traditionally from beef but our pork pastrami has all the flavour and less of the fat, coming from the leg it is naturally lean. Try on crusty bread with melted cheese and pickles.

Please note vacuum packaging combined with the curing brine can result in altered moisture levels in the meat, resulting in a wetter texture on the surface. The pastrami is still safe to eat.

Woody's Farm ham come from NZ free range pigs born and bred outdoors. They are guaranteed free range for the entirety of their lives.
