Preparation:
This is a precooked product. For best results, defrost, fry or grill on medium heat with some oil, until the outside is golden brown and crispy.
Ingredients: Chickpeas (56%), Organic Tamari Soy sauce (Salt, Water and Organic soy beans), onion flakes, Fresh carrot, Hemp seeds, sunflower
seeds, flaxseeds, water, salt, organic onion powder, organic garlic powder, sunflower oil, organic buckwheat flour, herbs and spices and tapioca starch.
