Our Cacao Nibs are fermented (and unroasted) to create a raw superfood. Because they haven't been roasted, ROAR Cacao Nibs retain yummy tropical fruity, citrus notes developed through the fermentation process. They are perfect used in cakes, cookies, puddings and smoothies or simply sprinkled over brekkie bowls. In fact, ROAR Cacao Nibs have such a wealth of flavour you will soon realise with them you are in possession of the ultimate chocolatey richness!

ROAR was sprouted in Auckland in 2013 by Gabriel Power, a raw food aficionado with a BSc from the University of Auckland and over 12 years experience working in organics in New Zealand and Australia.
