A plain light, white sourdough. Soft texture with a dark crunchy crust. The perfect starting loaf for those new to sourdough. The posh, simple white bread with a light subtle sourdough flavour.

Good for almost any occasion or meal idea that needs bread. This is a great generic sourdough loaf that can cover all sorts of menu ideas: sandwiches, toast, bruschetta, toasted sandwiches. Will keep well.

Specialising in making sourdoughs based on long, slow fermentation made from an apple-based sourdough starter which is over 20 years old. These breads have a unique flavour and texture and with no additives nor preservatives, they have great health benefits too.

Wild Wheat sourdough loaves take over 48 hours to create from start to finish. This process will never be compromised; nor will their strict rule: no additives or preservatives. Please note that we do our very best to deliver the freshest bread we can to your door. For Thursday deliveries, the bread is received freshly baked from the bakeries on Wednesday morning. For Friday deliveries, we receive fresh bread on Thursday morning.

Best eaten as fresh as possible. If not consumed within a day or two, best kept in a breathable cotton bag.

To keep your produce, meat, and milk as fresh as possible, we use chilled courier services. Therefore, your baked goods may dry out a little during transit. Simply sprinkle the loaf with a little water and warm in the oven to freshen them back up!
