Beef Shortribs are made for braising! Pair with an Organic Beef Broth and a few basic winter vegetables like: carrots, onions, peas and a stick or two of celery for an easily prepared meal that can simmer in the oven for 2-3 hours. 

The Shortribs are cut across the bone making them simple to portion and serve.

The Organic Farm Butchery sources beef, lamb and pork from a group of certified organic North Island farms. They work cooperatively to raise the best animals possible by sharing resources and knowledge of organic farming practices.
