These farm fresh buffalo cheese spreads have been created based on the regional flavoured soft cheeses found in France and Clevedon Buffalo's own fresh take on the product. Through experimentation with their exquisite salted curd they discovered that it combined beautifully with herbs, spices and vegetables to make a delicious spreadable cheese.
Clevedon Buffalo Co. Cheeses & Yoghurts are made with farm fresh milk from their herd of Riverine water buffalo which graze freely on lush open pasture in Clevedon. Buffalo milk contains 58% more calcium, 40% more protein and 43% less cholesterol than cow’s milk. Buffalo is a popular alternative for those who suffer from CMA (cow’s milk allergy).
